We left on the 4th to KS, our flight was so full. Gregg and I both thought it was be a good time to travel since nobody would want to fly on a holiday..I guess that is what everyone else was thinking too. Anyways, we made it to KS just fine. The humidity hit us like a wet blanket. (I actually prefer the humidity over the dry heat, but that is just me.) We meet Grandpa and Grandma at the airport, ate and drove straight to Wednesday evening services. Kaylie did not sleep on the way home which was 2 hours, I could not believe it. She was so tired when we arrived at church, but she made it through. After services were over, we loaded back into the car and went to dinner. Kaylie had fun touching and helping Grandpa feed her new cousin Avery (also known as "bebe"). We saw some fireworks on the way home, which Kaylie some what enjoyed, she kept saying "there LOUD" which she does not really like loud noises. Once we arrived at Grandpa and Grandma's house we set off our own fireworks, THAT Kaylie did not like. She grabbed ahold of me and did not let go. So we went inside and she ate some ice cream and played with Presley which she enjoyed much more. Overall we had great day!
